AI Impact in Medical Imaging

Professor Shakes Chandra from the UQ AI Collaboratory is working with Professor Peter Soyer from the Diamantina Institute to explore how AI in medical imaging can speed up the process of image analysis, which normally takes a professional many years to master, and extend the capabilities of image analysis to do more than ever before. With a multi-modal approach bringing clinicians together with AI researchers, bio-informaticians and bio-statisticians, these researchers are transforming the future of healthcare.
